Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use their secure payment software.

Shipping Policy

FREE shipping in the USA. We ship 6 days a week via USPS.  You will receive a tracking number via email so you can check the progress of the shipment.

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

If the condition of your order is not as expected (damaged), we offer a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Proof of damage (picture) is required. To initiate a refund please use the contact form.

If you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, please contact us via email.  All situations will be handled on a case by case basis.

Handmade items are not mass produced in a factory so they are not perfect which is what gives them character. However, we strive to produce a quality product that is pleasing to the eye and durable for many years of service.
